As a guarantor of the conformity of our products in relation to our quality benchmarks, we are looking for our Laboratory Quality Control Manager, based at our headquarters near Lons le Saunier (Jura, France), reporting to the R&D Laboratory Manager, in conjunction with the QSE Manager.
With a background as a chemical technician or engineer, and skills in quality, metrology, colorimetry, your demonstrated experience in the paint, varnish and ink industry makes you a strong contender for this position.
You are adept at physico-chemical controls for all sample characterization actions, whether it be an analysis, measurement, test, observation.
You will have access to our dedicated lab equipment (chromatography, spectrocolorimeter, microscope, rheometer, abrasimeter, etc.).
Your work will be carried out according to standards ISO 9001 and 14001.
Your level of English is sufficient for proper communication within the laboratory.
Within the laboratory, you will be responsible for the:
- quality control of raw materials
- quality control of the finished products, both during and at the end of production
- drafting of analysis certificates for the products delivered to the customer
- duplication of colors and effects
- correct operation of the lab equipment and its metrological follow-up
- mastery of the lab equipment and related software
- drafting of the laboratory operating procedures and their updates.

In addition to your communicative skills, you also have an excellent capacity to analyze and summarize, and you demonstrate both rigor and reliability in a professional context.
